- Recevied TRIM Notice or notice of Property Taxes. Write down your tax folio number.
- Notify VAB that you are appealing before 9/18 fill out on-line appeal at http://www.miami-dadeclerk.com/dadecoc/VAB.asp. There is a $15.00 charge to file an appeal.
